Welcome to Muslim Plus, developed by PT Niskala Tech Digital. We value your trust and are committed to protecting your personal data transparently.

1. DATA COLLECTION

A. Location Data (Fine & Coarse)

Required to:

  • Calculate precise astronomical Prayer Times based on your coordinates.
  • Determine Qibla direction relative to magnetic north.
  • Enable auto Traveler Mode (Musafir).

PROMINENT DISCLOSURE: Location data is processed LOCALLY on your device. We do NOT track, store, or share your movement history on our servers.

B. Device & IDs

We collect device identifiers (Advertising ID/Android ID) for:

  • App Analytics: Understanding usage patterns (Firebase Analytics).
  • Crash Reporting: Diagnosing errors (Firebase Crashlytics).
  • Advertising: Serving relevant ads via partners (AdMob, Meta, Unity).

2. ANALYTICS & CRASH REPORTS

To improve app stability, we use Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics) to collect non-personal data such as:

  • Crash logs and system errors.
  • Feature usage frequency and session duration.
  • Device model and OS version.

This data is aggregated and used solely for technical improvements.

3. ALARMS & SYSTEM PERMISSIONS

A. Exact Alarm
Used to ensure Adhan notifies you at the EXACT calculated time without system delay.
B. Auto-Start (Boot Completed)
Runs briefly after restart to reschedule prayer alarms automatically.
C. Full Screen Intent
Displays the Adhan screen clearly even when the device is locked.

4. SENSORS

We use hardware sensors (Accelerometer & Magnetometer) strictly for the compass/Qibla accuracy.

5. STORAGE & MEDIA

Required for:

  • Quote Studio (Saving images).
  • Storing app assets (fonts/themes/audio).

6. CAMERA (AR)

Used ONLY for the AR Qibla feature to overlay direction on the real world. No images or facial data are recorded or sent to any server.

7. DATA RETENTION

Since this is primarily an offline-first app:

  • User data (Habits, Bookmarks) is stored locally via SQLite.
  • Uninstalling the app will automatically ERASE all local user data.

You can revoke permissions (Location, Camera, Notification) via your device settings at any time. Note that core features like "Auto Prayer Times" will not work without Location permission.
